How long is the processing time?

Delivery and Processing time takes 7-10 Working days

As our Wigs are customised, the processing time to create the perfect unit for our ladies will vary between 5-10 working days, please allow 10-14 days to receive your customised units. All other order are shipped next working day of receiving your full payment (provided payment cleared before 12pm). A tracking number will be sent to you by email once dispatched. (This can take up to 2 days).

All orders will need to be signed for. Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.

How long is shipping? 

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for and should be with you 1-2 working days. However during this pandemic, it might take a few days longer. Your patience is appreciated.
