REFUND POLICY

We stand by Uwaz Hair quality and fully committed to providing you not only high quality raw virgin hair products, but a high quality shopping and customer service experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please continue reading.

Customised Wigs
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs and hairpieces. However if you are not satisfied with your wig you can return it (within 14 days of receiving the item) and have any issues rectified, no charge.

Hair Accessories

We will consider exchanges/ refunds for our wig caps within 14 days of receiving the item. All exchange and refund items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

To process an exchange you must contact us at info@uwazhair.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking). Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees.

Please ensure returns are tracked and your name and address are written on the back of the parcel.
